4 Plans for charges

Offering plans for charges based not only on time, but also on performance and revenue,

to be committed to growth of startups, for outsourcing-type support.
In addition, charges are based on deliverables, for delivery-type support.

Time-based charges

Time

  • Charges will be calculated based on the predefined charge per hour

  • The charge per hour will be between ¥5,000 and ¥20,000, and defined based on the job description and growth stage

Performance-based charges

Performance

  • Charges will be calculated based on the achievement rate for predefined goals

  • Goals are such as monthly active users and monthly recurring revenue

  • The calculating rule for charges is to multiply the predefined basic charge by the square of the achievement rate, and up to 200% (in the case that the basic charge is ¥10,000, the charge will be ¥6,400 if the achievement rate is 80%, ¥10,000 if 100%, ¥14,400 if 120%, and up to ¥20,000)

  • The basic charge will be defined based on the job description and growth stage

Revenue-based charges

Revenue

  • Charges will be calculated based on the predefined revenue sharing rate

  • The revenue sharing rate will be between 0.05% and 5%, and defined based on the business scale and our contribution

Deliverable-based charges

Deliverable

  • Charges will be calculated based on the predefined deliverables

  • The standard charge of each deliverable not defined, so will be estimated on a case-by-case basis based on the charge per hour and estimated operating hours
